本文报道我院收治的妊娠期HELLP综合征并发自发性肝破裂死亡1例,以汲取经验教训,提高临床医生对此病的认识。1病例简介患者24岁。主因孕1产0孕38周+6,双下肢水肿1个月,下腹疼痛3h于2011-01-2818时入院。患者幼时患小儿麻痹症,下肢行动不便,5岁时曾做双侧跟腱手术,术后仍有部分下肢活动障碍(跛行)。患者平素月经规律,末次月经2010-04-28,预产期2011-02-05。患者停经后早孕反应不明显,孕4+个月自感胎动。孕期经过基本顺利。1个
