以数值计算和实验分析的方法.对分离规中带电粒子的运动情况及规管工作特性进行了细微的研究.提出了圆台形栅极和柱形反射极结构的新型分离规.并对该分离规中的电子和离子轨迹进行了数值分析.对它的电离效率.引出效率和收集效率.以及光电流本底作了理论分析和实验研究.该规具有较为理想的电子和离子运动轨迹.其灵敏度达～20×10~(-2)帕~(-1).用深度调制技术勘得的或同普通 BA 规比较估算的 X 射线光电流本底均小于1.3×10~(-11)帕(等效氮压)。
The method of numerical calculation and experimental analysis was used to study the movement of charged particles in the separation gauge and the regulatory work characteristics.A new separation gauge with truncated cone grid and columnar reflector structure was proposed.The separation The electron and ion trajectories in the gauge were numerically analyzed, and its ionization efficiency, extraction efficiency, collection efficiency, and photocurrent background were theoretically analyzed and experimentally studied.The gauge has ideal trajectories of electrons and ions. The sensitivity is ~ 20 × 10 ~ (-2) Pa ~ (-1) .The background of X-ray photocurrent estimated by depth modulation technique or compared with normal BA gauge is less than 1.3 × 10 ~ (-11) Pa (Equivalent nitrogen pressure).
