At the beginning of November last year, I went to Japan to attend a new-type industrialized research tour with the Hunan Provincial Study Group, looking forward to a series of “township princes going to the streets”. Due to language barriers, lectures by officials, experts and scholars from Japan’s MITI and NPO incorporated a poor understanding of the situation and the isolation of communication. However, with more than 20 days of study experience and visits to Japan’s scenic spots such as Toyota, Matsushita, Industrial Parks and Mt. Fuji, we came to China in a hurry and witnessed the deepening of our understanding and understanding of Japanese society.
