宝洁6月5日宣布将实施重组计划,7月1日起将家庭护理、美容和清洁部门分拆成四个业务部门:全球婴幼、女性与家庭护理部;全球美容部;全球健康清洁部;全球织物和家居护理部。宝洁打算重演一回“王者归来”的戏码。5月23日,宝洁宣布再次聘用雷富礼(A.G.Lafley)为CEO,以接替将要退休的现任CEO麦睿博(RobertA.McDonald)。4年前,正是前者将后者钦点为接班人,并扶上了CEO宝座。雷富礼被视为宝洁历史上极富传奇色彩的领导者。他曾在2000年到2009年任宝洁CEO,期间将宝洁带离危机四伏的险境、重新夺回全球最大消费品制造商的桂冠。同期宝洁销售额增长了一倍,年销售额超10亿美元的品牌从10个增加到23个,成为世界十大最具价值公司之一。
Procter & Gamble announced on June 5 that it plans to implement a reorganization plan to spin off its home care, beauty and cleaning divisions into four divisions starting July 1: Global Baby, Women and Family Care; Global Beauty; Global Health Cleaner Global Fabric and Home Care Department. Procter & Gamble intends to repeat a “return of the king ” drama. On May 23, Procter & Gamble announced the re-appointment of A.G. Lafley as CEO to replace Robert A. McDonald, the current CEO who is about to retire. Four years ago, it was the former who named the latter a successor and helped the CEO. Refco is considered a legendary leader in Procter & Gamble’s history. He was P & G CEO from 2000 to 2009, during which Procter & Gamble took the perils of a crisis and reclaimed the crown of the world’s largest consumer-goods maker. In the same period, P & G sales doubled and the number of brands with annual sales exceeding US $ 1 billion increased from 10 to 23, making it one of the 10 most valuable companies in the world.
