目的评价白花注射液的安全性。方法采用溶血试验、热原试验、静脉刺激试验、肌肉刺激试验及全身过敏试验白花注射液的安全性。结果白花注射液无溶血现象,无致热原反应,对静脉血管、肌肉无刺激反应,无过敏反应。结论白花注射液在该实验条件下是安全的,为临床研究提供了实验依据。
Objective To evaluate the safety of Baihua injection. Methods The hemolysis test, pyrogen test, intravenous stimulation test, muscle stimulation test and systemic allergy test were used for the safety of Baihua injection. Results Baihua injection had no hemolysis, no pyrogenic reaction, no irritation to veins and muscles, and no allergic reaction. Conclusion Baihua injection is safe under the experimental conditions and provides experimental basis for clinical research.
