中职班主任需具备“班主任岗位基本能力”和“指导学生职业发展能力”两个核心素养。围绕这两个核心素养设计并运行中职班主任的梯级培养模式,能使教师熟悉班主任工作内容、掌握班主任工作流程;从而高效管理班级、指导学生职业发展;达成教师成熟的专业心智和精进的专业精神,最终促进中职班主任专业化程度提升。
Secondary vocational school teachers need to have “basic skills” and “to guide students’ career development ability,” the two core qualities. Designing and running a mid-level teacher-centered training model around these two core qualifications will enable teachers to familiarize themselves with the work content of the head teacher and master the work flow of the head teacher, so as to effectively manage the class and guide the career development of the students.
