目的分析遵义市食物中毒的流行病学特征,为食物中毒的防控提供参考依据。方法对2007-2011年遵义市报告的食物中毒进行描述性流行病学分析。结果 2007-2011年遵义市共报告食物中毒82起,中毒1 466人,死亡14人,二、三季度是高峰期,主要发生在农村,占46.34%,发生场所以家庭为主,占40.24%。致病因素以有毒动植物引起的次数最多,占48.78%,细菌和微生物所致的病例数最多,占34.72%。结论在夏秋季应加强细菌等微生物和有毒动植物引起的食物中毒防控工作。
Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of food poisoning in Zunyi and provide a reference for the prevention and control of food poisoning. Methods Descriptive epidemiological analysis of food poisoning reported in Zunyi City in 2007-2011 was conducted. Results A total of 82 food poisoning cases were reported in Zunyi City during 2007-2011, with 1 466 cases of poisoning and 14 deaths. In the second and third quarters, the peak was in rural areas, accounting for 46.34% of the total. The places where the occurrences occurred were mainly families, accounting for 40.24% . Pathogenic factors caused by toxic animals and plants the most, accounting for 48.78%, bacteria and microorganisms caused by the largest number of cases, accounting for 34.72%. Conclusion The prevention and control of food poisoning caused by microorganisms such as bacteria and toxic animals and plants should be strengthened in summer and autumn.
