应用聚合酶链反应（ＰＣＲ）对２６９例临床标本进行了检测，８１例沙眼衣原体为阳性。表明ＰＣＲ技术是快速检测沙眼衣原体感染的有力手段。
Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was used to detect 269 clinical specimens and 81 cases were positive for Chlamydia trachomatis. PCR technology is a powerful tool for rapid detection of Chlamydia trachomatis infection.
