风机是煤矿的主要耗能设备之一,风机耗电约占矿井生产用电的20~60%。因此,如何改造风机,使风机的效率提高,适合老矿井的延伸;使风机的耗电量下降,以获得较好的经济效益。 2BY或70B_2系列轴流式风机的设计最高效率为70%,而实际运行效率一般都在65%以下。近年来很多矿井以扭曲型叶片更换了直叶片,风机效率有显著提高,年节电10万度以上。但由于钢板制机壳使用多年后变形大,有的达30mm,效率的提高受到了限制,
Fan is one of the main energy-consuming equipment in the coal mines, fan power consumption accounts for about 20 ~ 60% of mine production electricity.
