雾里看雾全国两会期间,空气质量引发了公众的集体危机感。“同呼吸,共命运”的含义从没像现在这样直截了当。在记者问及雾霾问题,安徽省环保厅厅长缪学刚说:“雾霾这种新的‘城市病’,以前我们国家没遇到过。别的国家遇到时,我们也没警醒。这是快速城市化进程中遇到的问题,也是生产、生活和消费造成的。”
