本文着重研究了在实验室条件下,做连续辊涂有机涂层钢板试验时其基板的形状和厚度公差对涂敷质量的影响,以及基板的表面性状对预处理膜和漆膜性能的影响。试验结果表明:基板的边部波浪对涂敷质量有一定的影响;不同表面粗糙度的基板对涂敷后漆膜的力学性能稍有影响,但无明显的规律;表面粗糙度大,磷化膜的晶粒也大,而且均匀,这可增加漆膜的结合力,有利于提高有机涂层钢板的涂敷质量。
This article focuses on the influence of the substrate shape and thickness tolerance on the quality of the coating under continuous laboratory conditions, and the surface properties of the substrate on the performance of the pretreatment film and the film.
