平陆老城乡东坡村有个刘九尚,原任村党支部书记,后来担任了村老年协会的小组长。工作认真,积极负责,群众称赞而他却内疚地说:“我过去当支书时,本来能为老年协会办更多的事,多为老年人服好务,但我当时认识不足,有好多事该办而未办,或者没有办好,现在很后悔。我要珍惜群众给我“老协”小组长的权力,用实际行动,将功补过,把老年工作搞好,为匡正社会风气出一把力。“他的这一行动很有代表性,我们姑且叫它是刘九尚现象吧！那么,刘九尚现象说明了什么问题,我以为至少有三点:一、我们在职的领导干部,当你还掌握着某些实权的时候,要考虑如何用好这个权力?要想到权是谁给的?你这个领导干部的职权是什么?
