近两年来,随着市场经济的发展和科技管理体制改革的深化,一些科研机构通过转制而变为企业研究院,越来越多的国内企业亦纷纷组建了自己的企业研究院。与国际知名公司的企业研究院相比,我国的企业研究院目前在研发规模、技术力量、人力资源以及综合实力等方面尚存在着很大的差距。如何抓住入世的有利时机,创建世界一流的企业研究院,加速科技成果转化,全面提升企业的核心竞争力,已成为一个令人普遍关注的热点话题。
In the past two years, with the development of the market economy and the deepening of the reform of the S & T management system, some research institutes have become enterprise research institutes through restructuring. More and more domestic enterprises have also set up their own enterprises and research institutes. Compared with the enterprise research institutes of internationally renowned companies, there is still a big gap between the research institutes in China and the research and development scale, technical strength, human resources and overall strength. How to seize the favorable opportunity of joining the WTO, establish a world-class enterprise research institute, accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and comprehensively enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises has become a hot topic of universal concern.
