随着社会经济的发展和医学科学的进步,伤、病人员死亡率下降,留有后遗症和功能障碍的病人增多,人口老龄化,老年性疾病和慢性疾病也急剧增加,要求医院从单纯医疗型向预防、医疗、康复综合服务型转变,在综合医院成立康复科,开展各种疾病的康复服务,符合现代医院管理要求和世界医学发展需要,而且反映医院的医、教、研水平。目前不少综合医院成立的康复科大多是在理疗科基础上建立的,这样的康复科如何开展康复工作,我们做了一些探索。 一、培养现代康复人材 自1984年现代康复观念传入我国,我科就有意开展此项工作。自1986年开始,在院领导支持下,先后派出8名医技人员外出参加各种长短期培训班:康复医学研讨班(中康)、WHO康复医师培训班(武汉同济医院)、中日合办的康复医师培训班(中康)和卫生部石家庄康复医学培训班。并派有关人员去河北省人民医院康复科和北京医科大学附一院进修。通过以上各种学习与实践,比较系统地掌握和熟悉了康复理论及多种疾病的康复技术。我院康复科于1991年10月正式成立,目前这些人员(3名医师、3名治疗师)已成为科内
With the development of social economy and advancement of medical science, the mortality rate of injured and sick people has declined, the number of patients with sequelae and dysfunction has increased, the population is aging, and the age-related diseases and chronic diseases have also increased dramatically. The hospital is required to be medically simple. To the comprehensive service type of prevention, medical care, and rehabilitation, the rehabilitation department is established in a general hospital to carry out rehabilitation services for various diseases, meets the requirements of modern hospital management and the needs of medical development in the world, and reflects the hospital’s medical, teaching, and research capabilities. At present, many rehabilitation hospitals established by general hospitals are mostly established on the basis of physiotherapy departments. We have done some explorations on how such rehabilitation departments carry out rehabilitation work. I. Cultivating Modern Rehabilitation Talents Since 1984, the concept of modern rehabilitation has been introduced into China. Our department is interested in carrying out this work. Since 1986, supported by the leadership of the hospital, 8 medical technicians have been sent out to participate in various short and long-term training courses: Rehabilitation Medicine Workshop (Zhongkang), WHO Rehabilitation Physician Training Course (Wuhan Tongji Hospital), and Sino-Japanese Joint Office. Rehabilitation physician training class (Zhongkang) and Shijiazhuang rehabilitation medicine training course of the Ministry of Health. And sent related personnel to the Hebei Provincial People’s Hospital Rehabilitation Department and Beijing Medical University attached to a hospital for further study. Through all the above learning and practice, we have systematically mastered and become familiar with rehabilitation theory and rehabilitation techniques for various diseases. The rehabilitation department of our hospital was formally established in October 1991. At present, these personnel (3 physicians, 3 therapists) have become Kone.
