中医药治疗儿童过敏性紫癜,针对儿童独特体质及病因病机,通过辨证论治,结合方药特点分型治疗。为了发挥中医药治疗该病的优势,提高临床疗效,笔者研读近10年文献资料,就近年来中医药在治疗该病的病因病机,辨证论治,治法方药等方面的观点及进展进行综述。
Chinese medicine treatment of children with Henoch-Schonlein Purpura, for children with unique physique and etiology and pathogenesis, through the syndrome differentiation and treatment, combined with the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine sub-type treatment. In order to give full play to the advantages of TCM in treating the disease and improve the clinical curative effect, the author has studied the literature of the past 10 years and summarized the viewpoints and progresses of traditional Chinese medicine in the etiopathogenesis, syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in treating the disease in recent years.
