Daan Sugar Factory is a state-owned medium-sized enterprise with a staff of 508 in 1978. After the enterprises entered the market, the enterprises were suspended due to the cancellation of the mandatory plans, the shortage of raw materials and production funds. For a time, the whole plant felt dazed and confused about the future of the enterprise.
