食管癌是常见恶性肿瘤之一,早期诊断率低,70%~80%患者就诊时已属晚期。虽然外科治疗技术的提高、联合新药化疗、术前新辅助放化疗、同期放化疗,增加了局部晚期食管癌的缓解率和肿瘤切除率,生存率亦略有提高,但预后仍差,需要新的治疗手段来提高食管癌疗效。随着肿瘤分子生物学研究的进展,作用于肿瘤细胞特定的靶点来治疗肿瘤的分子靶向治疗,具有靶向选择性、高效性、低毒性
