目的:探析临床护理在舌鳞癌舌颌颈联合根治及游离皮瓣转移修复术护理中的应用效果。方法:选取本院2013年11月-2014年11月收治的行舌鳞癌舌颌颈联合根治及游离皮瓣转移修复术的患者20例为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组各10例,观察组给予临床护理干预,对照组不予以任何护理措施,观察应用效果。结果:对比两组患者住院时间、住院费用以及语言恢复情况,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床护理用于舌鳞癌舌颌颈联合根治及游离皮瓣转移修复术护理,能有效提高治疗效果。
Objective: To explore the clinical effect of clinical nursing in the tongue and neck joint debridement and free flap metastasis of tongue squamous cell carcinoma. Methods: Twenty patients with tongue and neck cancer who underwent radical gastrectomy and free flap metastasis in our hospital from November 2013 to November 2014 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into two groups of 10 Cases, the observation group were given clinical nursing intervention, the control group did not receive any nursing measures, observe the application effect. Results: The hospital stay, hospitalization costs and language recovery were compared between the two groups, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Clinical nursing is used to treat tongue squamous cell carcinoma of tongue, tongue and neck, and free flap transfer and repair, which can effectively improve the curative effect.
