作者将河南巩县制药厂生产的两种药用黄腐酸钠,批号为〈791017〉〈810620〉采用溶剂梯度淋洗法分成分子量不同的级分。批号〈791017〉的黄腐酸钠分为数均分子量()355、1003、及>2500三组,〈810620〉的黄腐酸钠分为386、526、632组,各组都以30mg/kg给正常家兔肌肉注射,观察血浆环磷酸腺苷(c AMP)及皮质醇的变化。结果表明,未分级的〈791017〉黄腐酸钠及分子量不同的三组于注射后1、2、3小时,血浆c AMP都显著高于注射前,以药后3小时的数据进行比较,1003组升高最明显,药前37.8pm/ml,药后3小时为91.Opm/ml,升高2.4倍。〈810620〉黄腐酸钠及所区分的632组,药后血浆皮质醇明显升高,而386、526及吐鲁番黄腐酸钠组,药后血浆皮质醇升高不明显。初步提示,不同分子量的黄腐酸钠都能促使c AMP升高,而黄腐酸钠促使皮质醇升高的作用以632组明显。
