目的建立适合我国食品污染物监测工作需求的食品和监测物质数据信息词表,并能够灵活应用到全国食品污染物监测网络平台系统中。方法参照国际国内食品、污染物和食品添加剂分类编码等标准,结合我国食品污染物监测实际工作特点,制定出食品和监测物质数据信息词表。结果建立了满足实际应用,又与国际相接轨的标准化食品和监测物质信息词表。结论食品和监测物质数据信息词表有效地规范了食品污染物监测工作,并能够为食品污染物监测工作质量提供技术保证作用。
Objective To establish a vocabulary of food and monitoring substance data suitable for the monitoring of food contaminants in China and to apply it flexibly to the national food contamination monitoring network platform system. Methods According to the international and domestic food, contaminants and food additives classification code and other standards, combined with the actual work of food contaminants monitoring work characteristics, develop food and monitoring material data information vocabularies. Results The standardized food and monitoring substance information vocabularies that meet practical application and are in line with international standards were established. Conclusion The food and monitoring substance data information vocabularies effectively regulate the monitoring of food contaminants and can provide technical assurance for the quality of food contamination monitoring work.
