1.柴油机内水垢太厚由于长期不清除水垢,机内各水套水垢增厚,阻碍缸套及缸盖的热量散发,致使机温过高,便会产生三种恶果:(1)会造成缸套与活塞间隙、气门间隙、主轴瓦及连杆轴瓦间隙缩小;(2)因缸盖冷却效果差,直接影响到喷油嘴的散热,使喷油嘴咬死,不能正常喷油;(3)由于机温高,进入气缸的空气受热膨胀,减少了进气量,使可燃混合气过浓,造成热机难起动的故障。
