本文用视网膜电流图(简称ERG)检查法对116只正常人眼和56例眼内铜异物患眼进行研究。研究结果表明,116只正常人眼暗适应ERGb波波幅正常值范围为:0.17～0.26mv,平均值为:0.215mv,标准差为±0.022,正常值下限为:0.171mv。眼内铜异物可使ERGb波波幅下降甚至呈熄灭型的变化。56例眼内铜异物患眼中,ERG正常和接近正常者,眼内铜异物摘出术后视力较好,ERGb波下降者及ERG熄灭型者视力较差。ERG对眼内铜异物摘出术后的视力预后颇有参考价值。
In this paper, retinal current pattern (referred to as ERG) examination of 116 normal eyes and 56 cases of intraocular foreign body copper eye study. The results showed that the normal amplitude of ERGb wave in 116 eyes was 0.17 ~ 0.26mv, the average was 0.215mv, the standard deviation was ± 0.022, and the lower limit of normal was 0.171mv. Intraocular copper foreign body can ERGb wave amplitude decreased or even extinguished changes. 56 cases of intraocular copper foreign body in patients with eyes, ERG normal and near normal, intraocular copper foreign body after removal of visual acuity better, ERGb wave ERG extinguished those with poor vision. ERG has great reference value for the prognosis of visual acuity after intraocular copper foreign body extraction.
