根据各地行业决策层领导们的建议,本刊计划从第一期开始在行业论坛栏目中展开行业热点问题的讨论,以寻求在一九九四年新的形势下再生资源行业继续发展新的出路。一方面大家交流一下对目前国家已经出台或即将出台的与我们行业有关的大政方针的认识,贯彻执行过程中的好经验。一方面结合行业发展热点问题的讨论提出对行业生存发展好的建议。使领导层尽快由认识上的必然王国走向自由王国。在我国市场经济发展,改革攻坚的一九九四年,找出行业的位置。
According to the opinions of leaders of decision makers at various industries, we plan to start discussions on the hot topics in the industry forums from the first issue in order to seek further development of the renewable resources industry in the new situation in 1994 . On the one hand, we exchange views on the current state policies that have been promulgated or are about to be introduced and are in line with the major policies of our industry, and have good experiences in implementing the program. On the one hand, combined with the discussion of hot issues in the industry, we put forward suggestions on the survival and development of the industry. So that the leadership as soon as possible from the understanding of the necessary kingdom to the Kingdom of freedom.
