研究了山东省金枪鱼远洋渔业的去向，从资源状况和入渔条件考虑，认为太平洋中西部、酉非水域、印度洋等，应作为山东省金枪鱼远洋渔业渔场开发的重点。１９９３年鉴定认为，本研究为山东省远洋渔业的发展指出了一条新途径，作为软科学研究成果居国内先进水平。
Based on the resource status and fishing conditions, it is considered that the central and western Pacific Ocean, the non-African waters and the Indian Ocean should be the focal point for the development of the tuna fishery in taiwan. The identification in 1993 indicated that this study pointed out a new way for the development of offshore fisheries in Shandong Province, ranking the domestic advanced level as a result of soft science research.
