QXL250型导热油炉自1997年8月投产以来,节能效果显著,生产成本明显下降。但1998年初,因长期失油造成后轴损坏,被迫停产,直接经济损失近3000元,因石油树脂停产造成的间接经济损失则达上万元。分析事故原因,发现润滑系统存在一定的缺陷。改进润滑方式及结构后,实际使用效果良好。
QXL250-type heat-conducting oil furnace put into operation since August 1997, significant energy saving, production costs decreased significantly. However, in early 1998, the rear axle was damaged due to long-term oil loss and was forced to stop production. The direct economic loss was nearly 3,000 yuan while the indirect economic loss caused by the shutdown of petroleum resin reached up to 10,000 yuan. Analysis of the cause of the accident found that the lubrication system has some defects. Improve the lubrication and structure, the actual use of good results.
