周边传动耙式浓缩机广泛地应用于选矿厂及选煤厂对矿浆及煤泥水进行浓缩和脱水。该机多采用钢辊轮在钢轨道上滚动的传动方式,驱动耙架运转。经用户多年使用,普遍认为这种传动方式的传动效果不好,经常发生辊轮打滑、辊轮磨损严重等问题,使选矿厂及选煤厂的正常生产受到了一定影响。为此,本文从分析辊轮的运动特性出发,寻找出辊轮打滑及磨损的原因,从而提出克服办法及理论依据。
Peripheral transmission rake thickener is widely used in concentrator and coal preparation plant for slurry and slime water concentration and dehydration. The machine uses steel rollers rolling on the steel track drive mode, drive rake rack operation. After many years of use by users, it is generally considered that the transmission effect of this transmission mode is not good, and frequent problems such as roller skating and serious roller abrasion have caused the normal production of dressing plants and coal preparation plants to be affected to a certain extent. Therefore, based on the analysis of the movement characteristics of the roller, this paper finds out the reasons of the roller slippage and wear, thus proposes the overcoming methods and theoretical basis.
