中国电子学会信号处理学会信号处理理论与方法学组“第四届信号处理理论与方法研讨会”与“中国电子学会线路与系统学会的信号处理学术会议”以及“神经网络专题学术会议”合并在一起筹备,称为“第一届全国信号处理—神经网络学术会议”,于1989年11月20～24日在广州华南理工大学召开。会议由柴振明、何振亚、徐秉铮、陈鸿彬、韦钰五位教授组成会议委员会;论文委员会主席为余英林教授。这次会议由来自全国各地64个单位的146位代表宣读论文148篇,其中有信号处理方面
