August 2004 August 2004, “Law Applicable” 2004 Working Conference held in Lijiang City, Yunnan Province. Vice President of the Supreme Court, “Law Applicable” Editor Wan E Xiang attended the meeting and delivered a speech. More than 40 representatives from various high courts and some intermediate courts in the country attended the conference.
