本文设计了通讯服务系统，用于水稻病虫微机测报网络的远程通讯联网。提出了通讯网络组织结构，编制了通讯服务程序，制定了测报网络工作规程，实现了利用电话线通讯系统的大范围水稻病虫微机测报信息传送与管理，在实践上得到应用。
This article designed a communication service system for remote sensing networking of rice diseases and pests. Put forward the organization structure of the communication network, compiled the communication service procedure, worked out the working rules of the measurement network and realized the transmission and management of a large area of rice pest and disease detection information using the telephone line communication system, which has been applied in practice.
