目的 评价 Quattro型折叠式人工晶状体植入的疗效。方法 对 2 87例 (312只眼 )老年性、糖尿病性、并发性、外伤性白内障及白内障术后无晶状体眼行 Quattro型折叠式人工晶状体植入。结果 术后第 1天视力 ,>0 .5者 2 5 2只眼 (80 .8% ) ,≥ 1.0者 6 4只眼 (2 0 .5 % ) ,术后第 3天、1周≥ 1.0者分别为 97只眼 (31.1% )及 139只眼 (4.6 % )。结论 Quattro型折叠式人工晶状体具有在眼内易于固定、囊袋内支撑好 ,术后早期恢复和稳定眼屈光状态及视力的优点。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Quattro foldable intraocular lens implantation. Methods Two hundred and eighty-seven patients (312 eyes) with senile, diabetic, complicated traumatic cataract and cataract after aphakia were treated with Quattro foldable intraocular lens implantation. Results Visual acuity was observed on the first day after surgery, with 255 eyes (80.8%), ≥4 eyes (20.5%) ≥ 1.0, ≥ 1.0 after 3 days 97 eyes (31.1%) and 139 eyes (4.6%), respectively. Conclusion Quattro foldable intraocular lens has the advantages of easy fixation in the eye, good intracapsular support, early postoperative recovery and stable refractive status and vision.
