在生物的生长、发育过程中,遗传信息的传递跟产品快速设计有着某种相似性。将生物的有关遗传规律与产品快速设计有机地结合起来,通过借鉴遗传信息的传递原理,探索机械产品快速设计的理论,以系列产品桥式起重机为实例,开发了基于遗传学的系列产品快速设计系统。系统以生物遗传知识为基础,使软件系统拥有更合理的逻辑结构,发展了快速设计方法和开发技术,提高了系列产品的设计效率。
In the biological growth and development, the transmission of genetic information with the rapid design of the product has a certain similarity. Based on the principle of genetic information transmission, the theory of rapid design of mechanical products was explored. Taking the serial products of overhead traveling crane as an example, a series of rapid product design based on genetics was developed system. The system based on biological genetic knowledge, the software system has a more reasonable logical structure, the development of rapid design methods and development techniques to improve the design efficiency of the series of products.
