民办高校实行董事会领导下的校长负责制,民办高校党委发挥政治核心作用和保证监督作用。我院党组织在实际活动中积极探索,逐步建立了一套适合民办高校党组织发挥作用的运行机制。为了充分发挥党组织的政治核心作用和保证监督作用,必须加强民办高校党组织的自身建设。
The non-government-run higher education institutions carry out the principal responsibility system under the leadership of the board of directors, and the party committees run by private universities play a political core role and supervise the supervision. Party organizations in our college actively explored in practical activities and gradually established a set of operational mechanisms that are suitable for the party organizations in private universities to play a role. In order to give full play to the political core role of the party organization and to guarantee the supervisory role, we must strengthen the self-construction of the party organizations in private universities.
