中职生正处在思想由不成熟逐步走向成熟的关键时刻。他们在学习、生活中不可避免地要发生一些错误,正如树木需要施肥浇水、修剪扶苗一样,人需要关怀爱护,也需要批评帮助。怎样扶正树苗那是园丁的技术,如何批评学生帮助他们改正错误则是教师的艺术。只有善意、友好的批评才容易被人接受,只有巧妙得体的措辞才能产生良好的效果。批评是一剂苦药,但如果给药裹上糖衣,即使药再苦吃在嘴里也不会觉得苦。同样,如果我们给批评包上美丽的糖衣,就能使批评变得甜美起来。
Secondary vocational students are in the critical moment from immature to mature. They inevitably want to make some mistakes in their studies and life. Just as trees need fertilizer, water and pruning trees, people need care and love. They also need criticism and help. How to raise the tree sapling that is gardener’s technology, how to criticize students to help them correct mistakes is the art of teachers. Only goodwill and friendly criticism can be easily accepted, and only clever and proper language can produce good results. Criticism is a bitter medicine, but if the medicine is coated with sugar-coated clothes, it will not feel bitter even if the medicine is bitterly eaten in the mouth. Likewise, if we give the criticism a beautiful sugar-coated, we can make the criticism sweet.
