锥辊异面冷辗轧是当今世界上螺旋叶片成形最先进工艺。对辗轧过程的变形、运动学和力学条件进行理论分析，目的在于研究辗轧机调整参数对螺旋叶片成形的影响规律，以便为辗轧机科学调整提供可靠依据。
Cone roll surface cold rolling is the world’s most advanced spiral blade forming process. The deformation, kinematics and mechanics conditions of the rolling process are theoretically analyzed. The purpose of this study is to study the influence of the adjusting parameters of the rolling mill on the forming of the spiral blade in order to provide a reliable basis for the scientific adjustment of the rolling mill.
