(一)太原市的档案工作,是从一九五二年开始建立起来的,由于过去我们对档案工作的方针缺乏正确的理解,因此,长期以来不仅不能很好地结合中心工作开展利用,甚至连一般的收集、整理和保管工作都没有做好。在这种情况下,也就很难取得领导的重视和支持。一九五五年七、八月间,我们曾搞了一个“一九五六年至一九五八年全市文书档案工作三年规划”,根据这个规划,做了一些工作,也取得了一定成绩,但仍然是很不够的。 (1) The archives work in Taiyuan was established from 1952.
