目的:研究刺五加注射液与5种临床常用药物(维生素C、氯化钾、地塞米松、硫酸阿米卡星、维生素B6)配伍的稳定性。方法:采用紫外分光光度法考察刺五加注射液与上述5种药物在24h内的含量及pH值变化。结果:在室温条件下,刺五加注射液与维生素C在0~24h内pH值(P>0.05)和外观稳定,但其含量(P<0.01)有明显变化;与其余4种药物配伍,含量(P<0.05)、PH值(P<0.05)及外观均无变化。结论:刺五加注射液与氯化钾、地塞米松、硫酸阿米卡星、维生素B6注射液配伍较稳定,但不能与维生素C注射液配伍。
Objective: To study the compatibility of Acanthopanax Injection with five commonly used drugs (vitamin C, potassium chloride, dexamethasone, amikacin sulfate, and vitamin B6). Methods: UV spectrophotometry was used to investigate the content and pH value changes of Acanthopanax Injection and the above 5 drugs within 24 hours. RESULTS: At room temperature, the pH value (P>0.05) and appearance of Ciwujia Injection and Vitamin C were stable within 0-24 h, but their contents were significantly changed (P<0.01); they were compatible with the remaining 4 drugs. There was no change in content (P<0.05), pH (P<0.05) and appearance. Conclusion: Acanthopanax Injection has stable compatibility with potassium chloride, dexamethasone, amikacin sulfate and vitamin B6 injection, but it cannot be compatible with vitamin C injection.
