1采购的现状和弊端在以往的采购工作中,需方更多的时间是消耗在一单一询、一单一签、讨价还价的重复性工作中,提出的采购计划零、杂、小、急,采购过程缺乏主动性、预见性。在这种工作方式下,供需双方缺乏长期合作的意愿,形成的是临时的或短期的买卖关系,并不能真正引起供方的高度重视。同时,因为频繁更换供应商,参与供货的供应商数量比较大,对供应商管控难度也比较大。
