近来工业情况恶化全国统计与经济研究所在工业部门进行的调查,表明近来情况急剧恶化。平均说来,1988年至1990年是有利的几年;生产前景光明、定货来源充足、库存水平正常……1990年年中以来,特别是在1991年年初出现十分明显的加速发展以后,形势不断恶化,各项指数都像80年代初一样不妙。1990年上半年以来的实质性趋势仍然是停滞;此后,出现下降。生产下降很快便影响到经营效果、企业亏损倒闭和就业。1990年6月,就业出现过高峰,随后便逐渐减少。
Recent Industrial Deterrence Recent surveys conducted by the National Institute of Statistics and Economics in the industrial sector show a sharp deterioration in recent years. The substantive trend since the first half of 1990 remained stagnant; thereafter, there was a decline. Decline in production will soon affect the business results, business losses and employment collapse. In June 1990, employment peaked and then decreased.
