目的对杜仲雄花茶的食用安全性进行毒理学评价。方法依据食品安全性毒理学评价程序和方法进行急性毒性试验、遗传毒性试验(Ames试验、骨髓细胞微核试验和精子畸形试验)、大鼠30 d喂养试验。结果杜仲雄花茶大、小鼠急性毒性试验经口最大耐受剂量(MTD)均>20.0 g/kg体重,属无毒级。Ames试验、骨髓细胞微核试验和精子畸形试验结果均为阴性,表明受试物无致突变作用。30 d喂养试验,实验动物均生长发育良好,体重、摄食量、血液学、血液生化学、脏器系数及病理组织学相关指标均未见异常变化。结论杜仲雄花茶急性毒理分级属无毒级,无遗传毒性,在本实验剂量范围内,杜仲雄花茶属于安全性保健食品。
Objective To evaluate the toxicological safety of Eucommia male flower tea. Methods Acute toxicity test, genetic toxicity test (Ames test, micronucleus test of bone marrow cells and sperm abnormality test) and 30 day feeding test of rats were conducted according to the food safety toxicological evaluation procedures and methods. [Results] The maximal tolerated dose (MTD) of eucommia ulmoides tea and mice was >20.0 g/kg body weight, which was non-toxic. Ames test, bone marrow cell micronucleus test and sperm abnormality test results were negative, indicating that the test substance has no mutagenic effect. In the 30-day feeding experiment, all the experimental animals grew well, and there were no abnormal changes in body weight, food intake, hematology, blood biochemistry, organ coefficient, and histopathology-related indicators. Conclusion The acute toxicological classification of Du Zhong Xiong Hua Cha is non-toxic and has no genetic toxicity. Within the dose range of this experiment, Du Zhong Xiong Hua Cha is a safe health food.
