水利大坝建设是一项非常复杂的工程,在施工中涉及到的环节也比较多,容易受到诸多因素的影响而产生安全问题。因此,在水利大坝施工时,要严格按照施工环节进行施工,注意安全施工,及时了解安全施工问题,采取相应的解决措施,从而保障安全施工。文章先介绍水利大坝安全施工原则,进一步分析当前水利大坝安全施工存在的问题,然后提出相应的解决措施,为水利大坝安全施工提供参考。
The construction of water conservancy dam is a very complex project. There are also many links involved in construction, which are easily affected by many factors and cause safety problems.
