分析了新形势下我国煤炭企业的发展趋势及其对财务战略的影响,针对煤炭企业财务管理的现状提出了改进财务战略管理的措施,对煤炭企业财务战略规划的类型进行了分析。
This paper analyzes the development trend of China’s coal enterprises under the new situation and its impact on the financial strategy. According to the current situation of the financial management of the coal enterprises, it puts forward some measures to improve the financial strategy management, and analyzes the types of financial strategic planning of the coal enterprises.
