制造网格是网络环境下制造资源共享的有效方式,资源建模与服务节点构建是基础。首先以服务类型为参照,从多个视角对制造资源进行了分类;其次提出了由资源层、资源表示层和资源接口层组成的制造网格资源统一抽象模型:资源层容纳各种各样的物理资源,表示层使用XML描述资源的属性信息,接口层使用WSDL定义对资源的访问操作。最后以企业标准件库系统(软件资源库类资源)和数控加工机床(硬件设备类资源)的封装为例验证了该模型的有效性。
Grid manufacturing is an effective way to create resource sharing in network environment. Resource modeling and service node building are the foundation. Firstly, the manufacturing resources are classified from multiple perspectives by reference to service types. Secondly, a unified abstract model of manufacturing grid resources consisting of resource layer, resource presentation layer and resource interface layer is proposed. The resource layer accommodates a variety of Physical resource, the presentation layer uses XML to describe the attribute information of the resource, and the interface layer uses WSDL to define the access operation to the resource. Finally, the validity of this model is verified by the encapsulation of enterprise standard parts library system (software resource library) and NC machining machine (hardware device resource).
