混基黄药可以代替丁基黄药应用于有色金属硫化矿的浮选。混基黄药合成及其性质合成混基黄药的主要原料混合醇是由酒精工业副产品杂醇油制成的。混合醇的主要成分为异戊醇,异丁醇、异丙醇和部分丁醇,其比例相同。合成方法与合成黄药方法相同。混基黄药分子量平均为174,为黄色固体粉末,溶于水,品位80%左右,其捕收力略强于丁基黄药。由于微量醇的存在,有一定的起泡性能。
Mixed xanthate can replace butyl xanthate for the flotation of non-ferrous sulfide ores. Synthesis and Properties of Mixed-based Xanthate The main raw material for the synthesis of mixed-based xanthate is made from fusel oil, a by-product of the alcohol industry. The main components of mixed alcohol is isoamyl alcohol, isobutyl alcohol, isopropanol and some butanol, the same proportion. The synthetic method is the same as that of synthetic xanthate. The average molecular weight of mixed-based xanthate is 174, which is a yellow solid powder that is soluble in water and has a grade of about 80%. Its collection power is slightly stronger than that of butyl xanthate. Due to the presence of trace amount of alcohol, there is a certain foaming properties.
