单体活塞环铸件的浸铸工艺,是英国七十年代研究成功的一种新工艺。这种新工艺,可以大大提高单体活塞环铸件的铁水实收率,简化工艺装备,提高劳动生产率,从而大大降低了能源消耗,受到了国外的重视。但国内过去尚未进行此项研究。 为在我国开发应用这一新技术,我们进行了活塞环浸铸工艺的初步试验研究。通过试验,积累了一批数据。初步掌握了浸铸工艺的一些规律,并对国外资料上所介绍的某些工艺参数,提出了不同的看法。 本文根据试验数据,总结了浸铸工艺对活塞环金相、硬度及机械性能的影响,论述了浸铸工艺对造型、型砂的要求及该工艺的技术经济效果,并就浸铸工艺对铁水孕育效果的影响,进行了初步的探讨。
Single piston ring casting casting process, the British seventies research success of a new technology. This new technology can greatly improve the single piston ring casting hot metal recovery rate, to simplify the process equipment, improve labor productivity, thus greatly reducing energy consumption, has been valued by foreign countries. However, this study has not been conducted in China in the past. In order to develop and apply this new technology in our country, we conducted a preliminary experimental study on the piston ring casting process. Through the experiment, accumulated a number of data. Preliminary grasp of some of the laws of the casting process, and foreign materials on the introduction of some of the process parameters, put forward different views. Based on the experimental data, the paper summarizes the influence of the casting process on the microstructure, hardness and mechanical properties of the piston rings. The requirements for the shape and sand of the casting process and the technical and economic effects of the process are discussed. Effect of the impact of a preliminary discussion.
