随着我国经济的发展和文化的进步,人民群众物质水平迅速提高的同时带来了心理的失衡。对医务工作者而言,情绪压力、情感困扰更为普遍。在这样的时代背景下,基层党组织对支部内部的党员和群众进行情感关怀就显得尤为重要。文章以情感关怀为分析视角,提出基层党支部情感关怀工作机制包括群众-环境、支部-环境、支部-群众三个子系统。支部要加强党群沟通,及时发现问题,加强思想引领,帮助群众树立正确价值观,改变群众对外界刺激的评价并在科学分析的基础上,主观地改造群众所处的环境。
With the economic development and cultural progress of our country, the people’s material standards have rapidly brought along with the psychological imbalance. For medical workers, emotional stress and emotional disturbance are more common. In this era, it is particularly important for the grass-roots party organizations to take emotional care for Party members and the masses within the branch. From the perspective of emotional care, the article proposes that the working mechanism of emotional care of grassroots party branches includes three subsystems: the masses - environment, branch - environment, branch - mass. The branch should strengthen communica- tion between the party and the masses, find out problems in time, strengthen thought leadership, help the masses establish correct values, change the masses’ assessment of external stimuli, and subjectively reform the environment in which the masses live based on scientific analysis.
