本文是根据潜艇多年建造、使用、修理实际需要和今后应用“断裂设计、计算”的可能,结合实践作了大量试验研究。首次提出“921”钢板和焊接接头断裂靱性、传统力学性能之间实测与验证普遍关系式,以及简便、可靠的非破坏性实测与计算方法。对潜艇耐压壳体因潜存细小裂缝而失稳扩展可能引起的灾难性事故,可提供实际结构具体的断裂靱性进行计算予测,可化作有意义的安全定量指标,为潜艇在建造、使用、修理中断裂控制方面提供了重要实测手段和数据依据。
