清代矿业大发展与矿业政策密切相关,这已引起学界的高度关注。然以往的研究侧重于矿政演变的过程,忽视对其原因的探讨。本文从清代皇帝矿产资源认知入手,探讨矿政演变与矿业兴衰之间内在关联。认为清代矿政演变不仅取决于矿产品供求关系,而且与决策者的矿产资源观密切相关。
The great development of mining industry in Qing Dynasty is closely related to the mining policy, which has aroused great concern of the academic circle. However, previous studies have focused on the evolution of mining administration, ignoring the discussion of its causes. This article starts with the cognition of the mineral resources of the emperors in the Qing Dynasty and discusses the inherent relationship between the evolution of mineral resources and the rise and fall of mining industry. That the evolution of the Qing Dynasty mineral resources depends not only on the relationship between supply and demand of mineral products, but also closely related with the decision maker’s concept of mineral resources.
