过热器减温水作为主蒸汽温度调节的重要手段,作用至关重要。但是使用减温水会降低机组的经济性,主要表现在降低了系统的回热循环效率和锅炉的热交换。高加后引出过热器减温水有效降低了减温水对机组效率的影响,已被越来越多的电厂所采用。本文从安全性的角度对过热器减温水的几种取水点进行讨论,并利用等效热降法分析过热器减温水对机组经济性的影响。
Superheater water temperature reduction as an important means of steam temperature regulation, the role is crucial. However, using warm water will reduce the economy of the unit, mainly in reducing the efficiency of the system’s heat recovery cycle and boiler heat exchange. After adding Canadian high temperature desuperheater water to reduce the effect of water on the unit efficiency, has been used by more and more power plants. In this paper, several points of water removal for superheater water are discussed from the perspective of safety. The effect of superheater water reduction on unit economy is analyzed by the equivalent thermal drop method.
