福建省地震观测台网自1971年开始建立以来,观测到五次记录完整、定位可靠的小震群。这些震群的最大震级分别为3.1—3.9,持续时间几天至几个月,每个震群的总次数为几十至上百次,频度最高可达106次/日。由于小震群在时、空分布上密集成串发生,人们往往耽心其后是否伴随大震。不少研究者针对这个问题展开了研究,并取得一定结果。本文在前人工作的基础上,详细分析了福建五次震群的活动特征,对震群性质的鉴别问题,提一点看法。
Fujian Earthquake Observatory Network has been established since 1971, observing five records of small, reliable positioning of small swarm. The maximum magnitudes of these swarms are 3.1-3.9 respectively, lasting several days to several months. The total frequency of each swarm is tens to hundreds and the frequency is up to 106 times per day. Due to the dense clusters of small and large swarms occurring at time and space distribution, people are often worried about the subsequent occurrence of large earthquakes. Many researchers have conducted research on this issue and achieved some results. Based on the work of predecessors, this paper analyzes in detail the characteristics of the activities of the five earthquake swarms in Fujian Province and makes some comments on the identification of the swarm nature.
