目的:采用中医综合疗法对小儿肺炎进行治疗,探究其临床疗效。方法:以180例肺炎患儿为研究对象,对照组利用西药治疗,观察组传统中医辨证法、内服中药配合穴位按摩法治疗。结果:两组总有效率差异不大,观察组患儿咳嗽消失时间、发热消失时间、肺部湿罗音消失时间等明显短于对照组,住院费用低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:应用中医综合疗法可以有效提升小儿肺炎的临床疗效,其临床应用价值较高。
Objective: To treat pediatric pneumonia with integrated traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and explore its clinical efficacy. Methods: 180 cases of children with pneumonia were studied. The control group was treated with western medicine. The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation group was treated in the observation group. Oral administration of Chinese herbs combined with acupoint massage treatment. Results: There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups. The cough disappearing time, the disappearance of fever, the disappearance of wet rales in the lungs in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, and the hospitalization expenses were lower than those in the control group. The differences were statistically significant, P <0.05. Conclusion: The application of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of pediatric pneumonia, and its clinical value is higher.
